  1. Course Participation & Rebooking

Participation in MedExpat’s courses is open to everyone who meets the necessary qualifications. MedExpat determines admission criteria and assigns participants accordingly. Course instructors may be reassigned if necessary. Rebooking of courses is possible only in exceptional cases and subject to MedExpat’s discretion.

  1. Registration & Contract Conclusion

Registration for MedExpat services is done online or in writing. A contract is formed upon written confirmation by MedExpat. By registering, participants accept these terms and conditions. German law applies. If a translation is provided, the German version prevails in case of disputes.

  1. MedExpat’s Duties & Services

MedExpat provides services as outlined in the participant’s registration confirmation and the service descriptions. Language courses follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and include levels A1–C2. MedExpat reserves the right to conduct placement tests and issue course completion certificates based on attendance and performance.

  1. Participant Obligations

Participants must regularly attend training sessions, adhere to the training program, and provide all necessary documents in a timely manner. Disruptive behavior may result in exclusion from courses. Participants are responsible for submitting required documents for visa and licensing processes.

  1. Prices & Payment Terms

Current price lists are available on the MedExpat website. Payment must be made within 14 days of invoice receipt. Examination fees, course materials, and accommodation fees are charged separately. Late payments may incur a processing fee.
